Sellers are happy to pre-sell their homes, because it ensures that they are able to sell the home as soon as they complete the project, and they know that they also have a buyer who is going to love the end product, since the buyer had a say in customizing it!

Most buyer’s don’t have a Realtor who is familiar with the process of buying pre-construction.
